sign up

To apply for non-exclusive representation by NMA, fill out and send the form, along with a demo. Non-exclusive means that you are free to promote your music either by yourself or through others, without the involvement of NMA in any way.

Signing up is free and does not commit, bind or oblige you to anything whatsoever. Any external offer presented to you, through NMA or as a result of our work, is non-binding and to be considered non-existent, unless you should choose to accept it. If an offer is accepted by you, only then will a contract between you and NMA be required.

fee & terms

Our fee from artists releasing, selling, performing or distributing music in any form, as a direct result of the work of NMA, is 10% of those of the artist's earnings that are exclusively made from such deals. If an external offer should eventually be accepted by you, only then will NMA be paid from earnings made from such a deal. Any deal made without the participation of NMA, will not involve or include NMA in any way.

If 10% sounds like a catch, consider the following: Only if we are able to help your career, maybe even get it started, does this apply. And if we are to thank for that, we believe it makes sense receiving such payment, considering the time, risk and financial investment in the project. 90% earnings are still a whole lot more than 100% percent of nothing. And still: You are free to decline any offer we may receive.

advice

We strongly recommend that you get legal advice on any offer you may receive through NMA, including the contract between you and NMA, should an external offer eventually occur.
