This is not a contract, but (if checked below) merely an agreement, giving NMA the non-exclusive right to represent and promote you. Signing up is in all aspects a complete free arrangement, and does not commit, bind or oblige you to anything whatsoever. Any external offer presented to you, through NMA or as a result of our work, is non-binding and to be considered non-existent, unless you should choose to accept it. Only then will a contract be required, stipulating a fee of 10% to NMA of the members earnings exclusively made as a result of external contracts made possible through our work.

For the best possible promotion strategy, we need as much information as possible. However, you don't have to fully complete the form. If you regard any parts as irrelevant or of private nature, just leave them blank. As a minimum, apart from attaching a song, please include your name, age and email address. Though optional, we would also appreciate if you include a picture.

Any information received, including your email, will be regarded as highly confidential and will not be distributed to third parties. This guarantee not only covers NMA as a company, but also all owners, employees, and any potential future sister organizations, related companies and partners.
